MVSB is proud to announce that Christina “Tina” Simpson has been promoted to Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer. In this role, she will work closely with local businesses and nonprofits on their commercial financing needs.

“Tina is a passionate advocate for the businesses she works with and has always brought a thoughtful and caring approach to everything she does here,” said Bob Davis, Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending Team Leader. “She was integral to the launch of our express online business loan program and we are proud to honor her hard work and passion with this well-deserved promotion.”

“I have had the fortunate experience of working in several different roles within the commercial lending department at MVSB, and those opportunities have prepared me to not only be a leader at the Bank, but also in the community,” said Tina. “I am excited to come to work every day to support local businesses.”

In 2014, Tina joined New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp, the shared services organization that supports MVSB, as Quality Control Analyst. She was quickly promoted to Credit Analyst and then Senior Credit Analyst for MVSB and later to Assistant Vice President, Commercial Digital Small Business Lending & Credit Analyst. Prior to her promotion, Tina served as Assistant Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Southern New Hampshire University. She is also a graduate of the Northern New England School of Banking. Tina recently graduated from the New England School for Financial Studies at Babson College.
