Ella Duggan, Branch & Business Development Manager
Merrimack County Savings Bank (The Merrimack) congratulates Ella Duggan on her promotion to Branch & Business Development Manager. In this role, Duggan will oversee branch operations while continuing to serve Contoocook and its small business community.
“Ella’s promotion is well-earned and reflects her consistent growth over the years,” said Michelle Olivier, RVP Branch Manager at The Merrimack. “I’m confident her supportive leadership and deep ties to the community position her for continued success.”
Duggan joined The Merrimack in 2019, starting at the Bow Branch as Teller before being promoted to Universal Banker. In 2024, she made the jump to the Contoocook Branch, where she most recently served as Branch Services Manager.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Duggan is participating in the Hoffman-Haas Fellowship offered by the NH Center for Nonprofits, a program designed to prepare leaders to serve as effective nonprofit board members. She also contributes to her community through volunteer work, including involvement in events like the Rock’N Race supporting the Payson Center for Cancer Care. Duggan is originally from Contoocook, where she lives with her family and dogs.
