New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp (NHMB) is a shared services organization that brings together the strength, experience, and community commitment of four trusted New Hampshire-based financial institutions: Meredith Village Savings Bank (MVSB), Merrimack County Savings Bank (The Merrimack), Savings Bank of Walpole (SBW), and NHTrust.
Formed in 2013, NHMB was established as one of the first mutual bank holding companies of its kind in New England. Our structure enables each affiliate to maintain its unique brand identity and deep-rooted local focus, while benefiting from the strength, stability, and scale that comes with shared services and combined resources. Our mission is clear: to make each of our affiliate companies stronger and more competitive than they could be on their own.
