We are excited to announce that Wendy Clark was recently promoted to Senior Vice President, Senior Compliance Officer for NHMB. In this role, Wendy is responsible for the oversight of the Compliance area of the organization which includes, Lending Compliance, Retail Compliance, BSA/AML Compliance and legal notice processing for all the three banks as well as NHTrust.

Clark joined the organization in 2011 and has over 36 years of experience in the compliance and audit fields of the Financial Industry. She attended Champlain College, is a graduate of The New England School of Financial Studies, and received a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager Certificate from the American Banking Association (ABA). Clark is a member of the New Hampshire Bankers Association (NHBA) Compliance Committee and other NHBA working groups, an active member of many ABA Compliance and Compliance related Committees, and was Chair for the NHBA Re-Opening Task Force during the onset of the COVID Pandemic. She is currently a participant of the 2022-2023 Leadership Greater Concord.
Clark has been a resident of Weare since 2000 and was a town Selectman for two years. She enjoys volunteering or participating in community events in Concord and the surrounding areas, such as Rock N Race and Market Days.
