Tate Miller Promoted to Commercial Loan Officer after Completing Apprenticeship at MVSB

MVSB is proud to announce that Tate Miller was recently promoted to Commercial Loan Officer. He began his career with MVSB in 2022 as a Commercial Loan Apprentice and has worked alongside several members of the Bank’s commercial lending team to learn key aspects of lending, credit analysis and business networking. Tate will be based out of the MVSB’s Laconia Office at 379 South Main Street, where he will assist local businesses with their financing needs.

“Tate was the first hire of our new two-year Commercial Lender Apprentice Program, and has done a fantastic job throughout that time in learning all aspects of the trade and serving clients in the Laconia area,” said Dan Osetek, “He is well-prepared to continue to deliver the Bank’s customer-focused lending approach to the communities we serve and we are proud to acknowledge his dedication and talent with his promotion.”

“This apprenticeship has been an amazing learning experience and I am grateful to have the opportunity to receive guidance and mentorship into this wonderful new career path,” said Tate. “I also got to see firsthand the positive impact the Bank has on local businesses and the community as a whole. Ever since my orientation day, I felt like this is where I belong and that feeling definitely continues today.”

Prior to joining MVSB, Tate gained experience in marketing and customer service roles. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in business and marketing from Plymouth State University.

Tate volunteers with the Laconia Rotary Club, Hands Across the Table, Greater Lakes Region Children’s Auction and New Hampshire Pumpkin Festival.
