Home For All, a regional partnership dedicated to addressing housing and homelessness challenges across the Seacoast, was recently awarded capacity-building tax credits through the New Hampshire Community Development Finance Authority (CDFA). MVSB purchased $5,000 in tax credits to support the Coalition’s efforts to expand housing solutions and strengthen its organizational capacity to meet community needs.
“Housing challenges touch every part of our community, and collaboration is essential to lasting solutions,” said Kara Anne Rodenhizer, Executive Director of Home For All. “CDFA tax credit support builds our capacity to work with community partners to expand housing opportunities and foster greater stability for individuals and families across the Seacoast.”
“Home For All serves as a catalyst for collaboration across the Seacoast, bringing together organizations, community leaders, and advocates to address housing and homelessness challenges,” said Jim Carrigan, MVSB Regional Vice President. “Their work helps strengthen communities and create opportunities for individuals and families to find stable housing, and we’re proud to support that mission.”
