Construction on MVSB’s newest full-service banking office at 2 Meeting Place Drive in Exeter is on track with a tentative completion date of July 2024. The branch will be the Bank’s third in the seacoast area, joining locations in Portsmouth and Rochester, and 14th location across the greater lakes and seacoast regions of New Hampshire.

“Like Exeter, MVSB has deep roots in New Hampshire. The Bank has grown and advanced while honoring that history – artfully marrying the latest banking tools and services with the highest quality human touch that has been our hallmark,” said Marcus Weeks, MVSB President. “The Exeter community has already been so welcoming to us and we look forward to furthering our involvement and opening our doors to serve you.”

Construction of the branch is managed by Conneston Construction, Inc. (CCI). The building was designed by Warrenstreet Architects, Inc. with a similar style to the Bank’s Rochester and Portsmouth locations – featuring stone and cedar cladding to fit in beautifully in the charming community of Exeter.

Jim Carrigan, MVSB Regional Vice President, was selected to oversee the new office and will work closely with the branch team to build on existing relationships and develop new opportunities in the community. He currently oversees the Bank’s Portsmouth, Rochester, Alton, Gilford and Laconia locations.

Deborah Miller, MVSB Mortgage Loan Officer NMLS# 2425328, will continue to support clients in Exeter and the surrounding communities with their mortgage lending needs. Julie Clement, Vice President, Business Development & Small Business Lender, and Angela Salb, Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer, have also begun assisting businesses with their banking and financing needs.

The Bank looks forward to adding talented local staff at the new office as construction continues. Interested applicants can visit mvsb.com/careers.
