
Kathy Powers, Branch & Business Development Manager
Merrimack County Savings Bank (The Merrimack) is pleased to announce that Kathy Powers has been named Branch & Business Development Manager of its Windham Branch. Powers transferred from The Merrimack’s Nashua Branch to Windham to lead branch operations and manage key business relationships.
“This is a wonderful opportunity for Kathy to continue building strong relationships in the Windham community, while leading a team that is deeply committed to serving our customers,” said Stephanie Andruss, Regional Vice President of The Merrimack’s Southern Region. “Her experience, energy and genuine care for others make her a natural fit for this role.”
Powers joined The Merrimack in 2023 as a Universal Banker in Hooksett, bringing with her more than a decade of banking experience. In 2024, she was promoted to Branch Services Manager in Windham and most recently serving as Branch & Business Development Manager at The Merrimack in Nashua.
Beyond her professional experience, Powers is a well-known community advocate. She is an active volunteer and has participated in numerous local events with organizations, such as Scouting America and Hooksett Kiwanis.
