July 7, 2026

NHMB is proud to announce the appointment of Ingrid Hebert as Senior Vice President, Strategic Operations Officer. With a wealth of banking expertise, Hebert joins NHMB and its affiliates—Meredith Village Savings Bank, Merrimack County Savings Bank, Savings Bank of Walpole, and NHTrust—bringing her extensive experience to the organization’s operational strategies.
Hebert will be based at NHMB’s Foundry Street operations facility in Concord, where she will leverage her skills in process improvement, technology implementation, operational risk and controls, digital banking, and change leadership. Angela Strozewski, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of NHMB, expressed her enthusiasm: “I’m excited to welcome Ingrid to our team. Her experience will be highly valuable as we continue to strengthen operational capabilities across NHMB and our affiliates.”
Hebert’s impressive career spans over nearly two decades in financial services, during which she has demonstrated leadership in community banking, fintech, technology-enabled operations, digital banking, payments, service delivery, and enterprise transformation. Prior to joining NHMB, she was the Director of Service Delivery and Implementation at Mascoma Technologies, a subsidiary of Mascoma Bank. There, she successfully established an enterprise service delivery and support operating model and designed scalable client implementations. Her earlier role as Electronic Banking Officer at Savings Bank of Walpole saw her leading electronic banking and customer support functions, overseeing digital channels, ACH, remote deposit capture, fraud operations, vendor relationships, and major digital banking conversions.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Hebert is deeply committed to community service and leadership development. As a Rotarian and advisor to the Keene Interact Club, she has mentored students through local and international service projects. Her humanitarian efforts have taken her to El Salvador, Nicaragua, and Puerto Rico, where she has helped build homes, distribute clothing, and refurbish community centers. Serving as the team’s Spanish translator, she has bridged language barriers while introducing students to diverse cultures and perspectives.
Hebert’s dedication to service has reinforced her belief that leadership begins with serving others, and she embraces opportunities to learn alongside others. NHMB looks forward to the positive impact her leadership will bring to the organization and its communities.
